Your Appointment

We know your time is valuable, and we work hard to see our patients on time, every time. To help us see our patients on time it is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive ten to fifteen minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Please keep in mind there are occasions when we have an emergency or need to accommodate an injured patient, which may delay our schedule.

When scheduling your appointment we reserve this time expressly for your child. We understand that some cancellations are unavoidable. When necessary, please call our office at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to arrange another appointment. There may be a $50 broken appointment charge assessed without a 48-hour notice.

It is our mission that you and your child get the most out of your visit to our office. Please read on for more information and highlights of our some of our office policies.

Emergencies

We take your emergency seriously. If it happens during business hours call our office. In the case of an after hours dental emergency please call our office 614-392-5911, where you will receive further instructions and our 24-hour emergency number.

Fees and payments

For your convenience, we accept checks, cash or credit card (Visa, Discover, and Master Card). Please feel free to call us with any questions about our fees and payments.

Insurance

We complete and remit your dental insurance forms as a courtesy to our patients.

We collect your co-payment, deductible and the non-covered part of your bill at the time of service. Westerville Pediatric Dental currently participates with Delta Dental Premier and Aetna PPO insurance and accepts most other forms of dental insurance.
